To make matters even more difficult, I am not seeing any issues with any other clients, or at least no one else has complained. All these emails are getting flagged with an SLC5 rating. The issue we are seeing now is that incoming emails to their platform are being flagged for spam, and these are emails from companies that they have communicated with for a long time, large, legitimate companies who have their SPF, DMARC, and DKIM all dialed in. They had an outdated HTTP version of their website in their sig and changing it to HTTPS fixed the issue. At first we tracked the issue down to their signature and that stopped their emails going to my spam (they are also on Office 365). We have one client who all of a sudden had a huge uptick in emails going to spam. ![]() There has been quite a few posts about this in various Office 365 and other MSP admin subs, some even from me.
